Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Briar Lune pajamas. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label upon request, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to Start a Return:
Please email us at hi@briarlune.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions and a label.

Summer Cleanout Sale Policy

All items purchased during our Summer Cleanout Sale are considered final sale.

Due to the deeply discounted nature of this event:

  • No returns
  • No exchanges
  • No refunds
